Do Not Keep Their Customer Service Promises
I have purchased many of their small puzzles. The ones with the smaller sized pieces are truly difficult to put together as their is not much difference in their look and then 1 piece can erroneously fit in multiple places. 3 or 4 of the other ones have come with 1 piece missing (it seems like someone in the factory grabs a souvenir piece). I have contacted the company several times - they promise to replace but they have NEVER KEPT THEIR PROMISES. Granted, these are inexpensive but it's their lack of ethics that is what makes them get 2 stars.
