I stumbled across their kiosk at a convention and received helpful and pleasant customer service which was very much appreciated. Everyone in my household now has a Super Hero themed jacket and couldn't be happier with our purchase!

I bought the Kaneda red-pill jacket from the movie Akira from Luca jackets (vegan, size LARGE), and am very happy! I'm tall and thin -- 6'3 and 185 lbs -- and the Large fits perfectly for me. It's form fitting, waist-cut and the sleeves are long enough. There was some initial delays in a back-and-forth exchange over whatsapp about a potential upgrade, but at the end of the day, they got everything sorted out and my jacket was built and delivered on time for the event I needed it for. I get compliments on the jacket every time I wear it, whether they recognize the Akira reference or not. Would buy again!

Great experience. Their product exceeded my expectations. Fit was spot on from their chart. Order shipped from Canada. No issues at all.

Ordered the wrong size and was so scared I wouldn’t have my husband’s gift in time, but the customer service was amazing! I was able to add the express option to my remake and they made sure to make it in time for my husband and I’s trip. The quality is also amazing especially for the price. I would definitely purchase again not only for the quality but also for the great customer service.
