I bought a jacket from Luca Designs, and all I can say is this.... it was amazing! Incredibly comfortable and the fit was awesome. I had some questions about sizing and the owner of the company was nice enough to walk me through it! 5-Stars!

I purchased a jacket from this company. I wore the jacket ONE time and the inner lining ripped. I spoke to the Owner that has the same name as LUCA Jackets He was very difficult to deal with. He said that this was normal wear and tear. He said it would take $10 to fix. I went to three different tailors in three different cities the lowest quote I could find was $110. EVERY seamstress I went to said the inner lining material was very low quality and they'd have to replace the whole inner liner. I produced three quotations regarding the jacket. The owner with the same name as the company LUCA jackets would have nothing to do with it and said he would reimburse me $30. I even offered to send a jacket back to him at my expense for them to fix. He would have none of that as well. He was rude, and very condescending on the phone. You couldn't pay me to buy another jacket from this company. *UPDATE* Since writing this review LUCA jackets has been trying to get this taken down by trustpilot. If you look at other negative reviews he's trying to do the same. This is a terrible company.

This jacket sold was a unique prototype sold at a road show after 6 months the customer tore a small hole. Our brand is not responsible for damages to product by the customer or prototypes or roadshow events not placed on our online store. We do not repair used merchandise for customers - seems to be an assumption as we do not even offer this service.

I absolutely love my Luca Designs jacket! Sizing information is straightforward (size up one size) and the quality is fantastic. The attention to detail is phenomenal, these jackets are screen-ready and are exactly as pictured. Service was also fantastic, I needed my jacket on a quick turnaround and it arrived earlier than expected. Definitely would buy again!
