Melody from Support was very patient, helpful, professional and handled my issue in a timely manner. She made my customer support very pleasant. I would like to suggest that Melodys supervisor consider her for a raise/promotion.

Lana in customer service was exceptional!! She was very polite and prompt when checking on my account. I redeemed my winnings today to my debit card and it was there in like 5 minutes! I recommend this casino.

I'm knew as of right now couldn't receive my sign up bonus until I talked to customer service. But it was very right on hands with matter being resolved by customer service. So now I'm about to give this platform a try

So far so good. Just joined and quickly was able to get verified and started a $100 redemption. Lara, in chat was the most helpful! She rocked it! Will keep you updated on my redemption journey.

Sites kinda garbage. Temu version of Stake.us if I'm being honest. Couldn't play any game without it kicking me out every 3 minutes. No instant redemption and the ability to cancel redemptions in 2026 is dumb... Support was rather rude in the chat. Like a whiney teenage girl... Lilly be her name. Overall just a copy and paste of every other online gambling site without any of the good features. Disappointing for sure.
