bad changes and bad customer service At the past was working without any issue. In the last month, after charges, the live visitors view is down, the recording only a part of the visitor and show black pages and not support any more android. The customer service not exist. No chat, no phone and e-mail response

what else can i say: there is no way you can identify what people are doing on your site without this tool! I had not idea so many users were bouncing on so many pages. Now i can clearly see that 2 of my forms were broken. go out and try it yourself-- even if you just use the free trial- might as well use some free insights

Great software that gives amazing insight into how our website is being used. The added extras (Live Chat, Polls, etc.) are great to have and so easy to use. It's so cost effective I would suggest everyone has this on their website, from the smallest firms to the biggest.

I was a good customer for more than 2 years, I got a confirmation that my account was cancelled 2 times already and what a surprised after one month of many emails with them, my credit card just got charged again! I got a confirmation and a long chat with a guy named Danny who promised that my previous amount would be refunded shortly, not only I did not get refunded but charged again. I am now 300 USD down for a service that I am not using anymore. After that I emailed, Chat, called NOTHING HAPPENED! I am waiting a response from their side, but if not answered I will have to make a dispute with my credit card and have all the enjoyments going with it because of these guys. Super super angry, especially because its not possible to cancel the account from the dashboard, I had to contact them to ask them to do so when they are available. I have dealt with so many companies before and had a few problems here and there, but at this level its just beyond me. Hope these guys are going to make it right.

It was OK. Took longer than usual to get it working, which meant most of the free trial was absolutely wasted.

We use this tool to better track our website performance and user behavior. You can track and see the behavior of real-time users as well as recorded. I wish there was a better way to record just interesting visits (for example those who visited more than one page) and exclude people from my organization
