Luma Sleep was founded by three business friends with decades of mattress-making experience. We started our company because we learned a lot and came to believe a few simple things about making and selling mattresses:1. No one should ever have to compromise when it comes to buying a mattress.2. Most retail and online mattress shopping causes compromises and in many cases, regrets.3. A quality mattress is essential for quality sleep; the quality of a mattress is directly affected by the quality and quantity of the materials inside the mattress.4. Your mattress should adapt to you and your uniqueness - every night and all the time.5. The best mattress materials that adapt to you are Talalay Latex and Pocketed Coils. To make shopping for a mattress easy and make sure you sleep better we do four things: 1. We build quality mattresses with designs that are simple and easy to understand.2. We use the best American made materials and more of them.3. We make it easy to compare our products to the competition.4. We give you 100 nights to fall in love with your new bed or return it free. 5. We created our unique Slumber Systems™ so you can transform the firmness of your bed anytime your needs change and for free in the first year. Everything we make and everything we do is focused on your comfort before, during, and after you purchase one of our mattresses – whether that’s in month four or year fourteen. Our goal is simple. Every time you climb into bed, the last thing we want you to think after turning off the lights is “Ahhhhh…bed.”We hope you will give us a try.~ The Founding Team

Truly great mattress. We purchased the hybrid with the coil base and latex topper in medium firm. Couldn't be happier. Set up was a breeze. This replaced a one year old Loom and Leaf memory foam mattress that was dreadful. The Luma bed sleeps cool and is so comfortable. Online chat before purchase was helpful and there was no pressure to buy. Simply great experience on all fronts.

I've never had a better night's sleep for as long as I can remember. The pillows are exceptional the quality of the mattress is exceptional and I just love my luma mattress. I've slept on high quality mattresses, your Tempur-Pedic and Luma is the best ever.

So very happy I found Luma! It's been one month since I received my new mattress, and I have absolutely no complains! It's very comfortable, provides great support, has a nice bounce to it, does not sleep hot. Customer service and return policy are just excellent. Love it!

Although the mattress we bought was not a good fit for me and my wife, Steve was most gracious in offering a full refund. I totally recommend this company. Just make sure you check out if latex is for you.

I purchased a mattress in December but in February decided it was the wrong one for my back. I called to discuss a replacement and the company went above and beyond to help me. Even the president of the company called to help me. I couldn't be happier with this company and the customer service. I didn't think customer service like this still existed.

Luma Sleep Mattress was recommended by our friend, a chiropractor. My husband and I were a bit skeptical at first because we weren't able to lay on an actual mattress. But, because we trusted our friend we decided to make the purchase. How pleased we are that we did! The mattresses are more comfortable than our Sleep Numbers. We are resting very well! I must comment on the customer service. As the young people say, "It's the bomb!" Everyone I dealt with, from the website to the owner (I had many questions - a major purchase for us) were so respectful, informative and thoughtful. I honestly felt that I was important as a person - much more than as a purchase-er. I would recommend this product and company without reservation. May there be more eCommerce businesses that follow the model and protocol Lima Sleep has embraced. Thank you for a wonderful product!

We have only been sleeping on our new cal king hybrid mattress for about 3 weeks but our early impressions of this mattress are Excellent! We had been sleeping on memory foam for last 10 years and find the latex/coil design to be far more comfortable. It is a much cooler mattress to sleep on. The support is awesome. The bounce is great. Stephano was extremely helpful in designing our configuration, The mattress shipped to us in a week and setup was fairly easy. Build quality of the Mattress seems pretty good and the only noticeable less than perfect observation was with the Tencel mattress cover which has a rather loose fit. Additionally included with the hybrid sleep system were two latex pillows which surprisingly are the best i have i have ever used. Looking forward to a long and comfortable relationship with this Luma Hybrid mattress.
