I switched to this company because it had good reviews. I had my first appointment two weeks ago. I should have had my medicine a week ago. The status kept saying 48 hr review then it would ship. That 48 hrs took over a week… Fast forward - no communication. I went into their portal and asked them where my medicine was. No response. Asked again and asked for a tracking number- They gave me the wrong tracking number. When I clicked on it it showed someone else’s address and name. They didn’t even check the tracking number before sending me. I was upset and made it clear. Then they proceeded to tell me that in SC they couldn’t send tracking numbers. Total bs. I called them out on it and they said it was the pharmacy’s fault. It took another day to get another tracking number and guess-what- it happened again!!! Someone else’s tracking number and info. I told them that it seems they are unprofessional and incompetent. I was told again they were sorry and that it was the pharmacy’s fault. I am now out of medicine ( from previous company) and very upset that now I may be in jeopardy to have to restart my dosage from scratch again. This company took out the almost $400 two weeks ago. I called today and spoke to a rep which apologized and Swore to escalate this to go out today and Promised she would call me back with an update. - crickets!! They’ve had two weeks to get it correct and haven’t managed to do so. I asked them to refund my money and cancel immediately. I’ve gotten nothing but lackluster communication, incorrect tracking number, false promises, and heartache. What a ripoff.

I switched to Lumnimeds because they offered a better price on Semiglutide than my previous provider. I paid them for a 3-month supply but they only shipped 2 months Stating bud freshness concerns (Best Used by Date). So I contacted them asking them After a month and a half When I was going to receive my Next vial of medication. I usually communicate with them on their patient portal and sometimes it takes them a day to respond. I showed them on the text chain where they had told me that they were only shipping to and I had questioned why they were doing that. Even after that I get a message today that they tell me that they have already sent me 3 months Supply. So I call the compounding Pharmacy and they tell me that they had only shipped 2 months per Justin their doctor. They also stated that they had tried contacting Lumnimeds to authorize shipping the remaining medications but had been unable to contact anyone. So after hearing this I immediately tried to contact them via phone number provided to me by the compounding pharmacy. After holding I received a recorded message telling me that no one is able to talk to me and to leave a message. Needless to say I'm very skeptical and disappointed at their level of service and communication. I feel like there trying to not send me what I have paid for and that there might be problems with this company? I have spoke with different people and they all seem to be offshore farmed out call centers. That may not even be in the USA? When I communicate with them on my patient portal as I previously mentioned, it takes a while to get an answer and often it is the wrong answer as if they have no clue what is going on. I was going to sign my wife up with them but now we're looking at alternate providers. UPDATE 5.10.2025: Finally received a reply on the portal and email. They make it VERY unreasonable to get the remainder of the medication I PAID for by making me go through the entire process again which I REFUSED. Then when I decided what the heck, I just NEED my MEDICATION, and went ahead and submitted to the complicated process again. However I was able to order. I was hoping to add my wife to get her meds there but now I am thinking they are too hard to deal with?

I purchased a subscription with LumiMeds for 3 months and requested the medication be sent monthly VS all at once. My plan was to go up in dosage each month. The company instead sent me all medication at once and told me it was “easier for them”. I tried to resolve the issue and they are unprofessional and unwilling to help. Update on 5/2: I am being told I will not be refunded because the dispute was not found in my favor BUT in the comment below it says “we have processed a full refund as a courtesy”. More lies from LUMIMEDS.

It has been a wonderful smooth process ordering from LumiMeds. The Support Team is outstanding and quickly answers all my questions. Semaglutide is working great and love the low prices. Couldn’t ask for a better company to order from. 10 Stars !!

Everyone at Lumi has been so helpful! I had an error in the info I input, along with a few questions, they quickly responded and assisted me, while not making me feel like my questions were silly. My order was also delivered very quickly with the ice packs inside still frozen, and my items were nice and cold. I will absolutely use LumiMeds again in the future.

I have worked with quite a few telehealth companies during my weight loss journey, and LumiMeds has set the standard for customer service and care. When I had a question about my order, I got an immediate reply and resolution. With other companies, the message portals seem to be ignored and phones never answered. Absolutely not the case with LumiMeds. Real people are standing by to help. I was able to speak with a provider at 9 pm on a Friday night just to make sure my prescription was ready in time to take my next dose.

Lumimeds is a great company! I cannot thank their support team enough for being so patient with me. They are really very good in what they are doing. Zara handled all my questions in a professional matter. She is very patient and sweet. She will send a follow up to make sure I get all details I need. If you are looking for a company that will take care of you I recommend Lumimeds.
