I sent an item back to a partner that this company deals with Julian Fashion. My tracking indicates they received it on 9/24/26. I have sent emails with no response. As of today no communication from them. Buyer beware!

I made an order online, money was taken from my account immediately. I did not receive a confirmation on my order so I emailed them directly. They said they had no order for me. I asked why they took my money their reply was they didn’t. I have had to contact my bank and dispute transaction. It was AUD 988.43 I wish I could put photos up to show bank transfer and their response. Do not use this company. So it has now been cleared the money however I still have not had money returned. I have asked the company for an email stating they want the money reversed to my bank however I have not received this. They have contacted me asking for me to remove review. I will advise an update when the money is paid back to me.

I ordered a shoe from the recent Repetto x Birkenstocks drop using a 10% off coupon code that was valid for this item. About a week went by and they reached out to let me know that they received my item and that there is a dirty spot on the patent leather, they will not be able to replace it with the same shoe and that they must ship it back to the brand. This item is now sold out and going for way over retail on resale sites. They did not offer to take a photo of the item to ask if I still wanted it, nor did they explain why they sold me a product that was supposed to ship immediately that they now admitted to not having at the time of sale. They did not offer a quick refund either, instead they linked to other products on their site similar in style and asked if I wanted one of those things instead. I asked for a refund but got an auto reply that it could take two days for them to reply and there’s no other way to reach them. They’ve held $600 of my money for a week now. Updated to say that I did eventually get refunded. I will not order from them again.

So sorry that the shoes did not pass our quality control before shipping out. We found a big dirty spot on it. Therefore, we have to cancel the order and process a full refund. We know it is frustrated, but we really do not have other choices. We have to make sure all the products we shipped are in perfect brand new condition. We will try our best to avoid this happening again the future. thank you for your understanding.

So I bought a Guccie shirt from here two month ago because I had an event in the begging of August so I bought it ahead of time to make sure everything was good I like the shirt wore it one time for my event I wash it exactly how it says on the ticket inside the shirt my sleeve smeared the color ran a bit to the white part I contacted them threw multiple emails and mind u I paid over $600 dollars for the shirt not 60. Dollars 0ver 600 dollars and there response was u bought it over two months ago we can’t do anything about it…. I have Guccie shirt that I bought over 2 years ago that are in perfect condition that was a poor excuse……. If u gonna buy from them I would rethink it 50 times and run because it’s crazy how they can’t even help u out with there shirt that ink runs its insane

We are really sorry regarding this issue. However, the shirt was worn and washed, so it is not in the original status. We really cannot accept the return. We already offered a big amount of cash refund, around $200. You can use the refund to find someone professional to wash the shirt completely. we are pretty sure the shirt will be back in the perfect condition. hope you will understand. thank you.

AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER THEY FIRST SAID WILL SHIP IN A FEW DAYS, THEN A WEEK LATER THEY SAID 3MORE DAYS, AFTER I OPENED A PAYPAL DISPUTE THEY START SAYING IT’S BACKORDERED AND THEY NEED 2-3WEEKS. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AT ITS FINEST. ALSO WHY ARE THEY CHARGING ME CUSTOMS WHEN THE HQ IS IN SD & I’M IN LA? FRAUD!!!!!!

We sincerely apologize for the whole experience. We will for sure improve our service and make sure it won't happen again. Here is some explanation. 1. When you asked us the inventory, we confirmed with our warehouse that the item is ready to ship. We did not lie. However, when we check the item before shipping, we found a defect, so we cannot ship it to you. 2. Then we requested a new one from the brand, and it took around one week to receive the new item. Now the new item is on the way to you now. You will receive it very soon. 3. We are an US company, but we imported all our products from Italy. So there is an import duty charge. Our price is very competitive even when you count in the import duty. Thank you for your understanding.

It took 10 days for my order to ship. When we noticed the delay, we contacted customer service before the order was even dispatched to explain that we needed the shoes for an upcoming vacation. We were assured they would still arrive in time, but unfortunately they arrived a day after we had already left. When we returned from vacation, we opened the package and were disappointed to find that the color of the shoes looked very different from what was shown on the website. They also did not fit true to size. We immediately contacted the company to request a return. Because we had been away, we were only two days outside their 14-day return window. We explained the circumstances—including the shipping delay and the fact that the shoes arrived after our trip—but they refused to make any exception. Very disappointing customer service. A company that values its customers would show a little flexibility when the delay was largely outside the customer’s control. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I purchased a jacket on their website. It was too small. I returned it and had to pay for the tarriff and customs fees . it cost me over $500. They can now sell the jacket to someone else and charge them for the taxes I already paid.

Sorry that we cannot refund the duty payment, because once the product entered the US, the import duty was paid to the government. Evan you returned it later, we can never get the duty back from the government. Therefore, we really cannot refund the duty amount. We understand there is a lot of frustration due to the new US tariff policy. We will do all our best to compensate our clients by lowering our product price.
