We provide fractional access to professionally hosted mining hardware, allowing users to participate in solo mining without having to purchase, operate, or maintain their own equipment. Solo mining is entirely probabilistic. There are no guaranteed rewards, but if your mining power finds a block, you receive the full block reward, less any applicable pool fees. Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry for the confusion and that the service did not meet your expectations. LuqEE works differently from a traditional dedicated mining rental. We use a burst-mining model, where your purchased hash rate is delivered as an average over time. This means you may see periods of significantly higher hash power followed by periods where your miner is not actively submitting shares. The mining activity itself can be independently viewed on the public mining pool. We do try to be very clear and upfront about how this works throughout our website, during the signup process, and again when purchasing a miner. That said, we understand that LuqEE is a unique service and that the experience can be different from what someone expects when they first think of cloud mining. There are certainly other mining options available that may be a better fit depending on what you are looking for, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback. We would also genuinely like the opportunity to make this right for you. Hi, thank you for giving LuqEE a try, and I’m sorry for the confusion here. LuqEE uses a burst mining model, which means your mining power may not show as online 24/7 at one steady rate. Instead, your account can receive bursts of much higher hashpower than your base package. For example, while none of our current plans are a constant 200 TH/s plan, you may see your miner burst up to 200 TH/s for a period of time, followed by times where the pool shows the miner as offline. Over the full timeframe of your subscription, our goal is to make sure you receive the equivalent mining attempts/hashpower for the package you purchased. In many cases, this burst approach can result in more hashes being submitted than if the miner was running continuously at a much lower steady rate. We’ve been operating this model for the last four months, and many customers have been happy with the results over time, but we understand it can be confusing when you first see the miner go offline after a large burst. As of today, we’ve also updated our website, LuqEE.net, with a clearer explainer right on the front page so new users can better understand how burst mining works before getting started. We do feel LuqEE offers a very different experience compared to traditional cloud mining sites. One important detail that may have been overlooked is that LuqEE never custodians user mining rewards or wallets. When you rent mining power through LuqEE, the mining happens directly to the wallet address you provide. Your wallet is connected directly to the solo mining pool itself, not to LuqEE. We are not an intermediary holding funds, taking payouts, or controlling withdrawals. We simply provide access to real mining hardware and infrastructure. Because LuqEE is solo mining focused, if a user mines a block, the payout comes directly from the mining pool to their wallet address according to the pool’s rules and confirmations. We do not take custody, percentages, or withdrawal fees from mined blocks. So far, many different LuqEE users have successfully mined blocks through the platform and received their rewards directly from the solo mining pools without any payout issues or intervention from LuqEE. Regarding pricing, we understand our pricing may appear higher compared to some traditional hash rental platforms. Our model is designed around burst duration solo mining access, entertainment, engagement systems, and large-scale Power Mining Events. We also provide daily in-app rewards, free boosts, Power Chips, and event participation opportunities that many users use to increase their mining power over time. We’re still growing and improving the platform every week, but we appreciate the honest feedback and the opportunity to clarify how LuqEE works.
