The service was very poor as I initially had been given a wrong tracking number and it caused me to panic thinking the company was a scam, but once this was corrected it went from smooth. The product received was very impressive had ordered this one as a wedding gift, I now plan to order one for myself. Thank you.

The rug looks nice but not what I was expecting for a mat to have at our door.

The product is nice. It's not as thick as I thought it would be. It took a long time to get here. I did not realize it was coming from Korea. That should be noted in the advertisement.
