First time user. Positive support from Max. We have some time constraints so it took a couple attempts to get to the right answer but Max addressed them and got it fully sorted.

My Husband's health issues required me to change my travel plans. I reached out to LuxeSkies in the middle of a holiday weekend and was delighted to connect immediately with a supervisor, who put me in touch with Ally Mitchell, Customer Service Supervisor. Frankly, I never expected that by Monday afternoon all of my stress and worries would be gone. This was a multi-stage process over 28 hours. Ally showcased tremendous listening skills and a strong ability to think differently resulting in a premium experience. EXACTLY why LuxeSkies will be my go-to for top-tier travel bookings. Thank you Ally!

I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with this support team. They went above and beyond to help resolve a complicated delayed refund situation and, rather than simply express and following a standard process, they were incredibly innovative in finding a solution that worked for me. Their responsiveness, creativity, and genuine commitment to helping me as a customer were exceptional. It’s rare to encounter a support team that takes such ownership of an issue and works so hard to find a positive outcome.

Thank you so much, Wayne! Your kind words truly mean a lot to our entire team. We know how frustrating a delayed refund can be, so we’re especially glad we could find a solution that worked for you rather than simply giving you the standard answer. We really appreciate your patience and the trust you placed in us throughout the process. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience - it was a pleasure helping you! 😊

I liked that different options were offered to me on a regular basis. The salesman did not stop offering me different opportunities. I didn't like that there were some nuances to getting the price we wanted that came out later, but we followed through and finally got the price and trip we wanted. It worked out, it was just a little different if you're used to doing your own on-line booking, it was more like the days of using a travel agent which weren't so bad!!

Thank you so much, Peg, for the honest review! We appreciate your feedback about the pricing details along the way. And we loved your comparison to the “days of using a travel agent”! 😊 That personal touch and having someone keep looking for the right option is exactly what we aim to provide. Wishing you a wonderful trip to Dublin, and we hope to help you again in the future!

Stephen was very diligent, yet not pushy, in finding me just the right flights coming and going on my multi-city trip. Most importantly he was patient with my requests, and bonus, came in at the lowest price for the service I was requesting. Many others care more about the sale than what you want. I would highly recommend LuxeSkies

Thank you, Julie, for such a thoughtful review! A multi-city trip can come with a lot of moving pieces, so we’re happy we were able to work through your requests, find the right fit, and still come in at a great price. We truly appreciate the recommendation and hope we have the chance to help with your next adventure! ✈️
