Working with Luxe Tribes was great. Everything from the planning process to the team on the ground. They helped me plan a trip for 20 individuals to go to Colombia and I was able to book activities, dinner, and transportation seamlessly. They even found a local baker to make a birthday cake and it was delicious! Jessie the planner was amazing! On the ground, Astrid and her team welcomed us like we were family. Everyone felt the love and she ensure the trip ran smoothly. They were fun, energetic, and best of all professional. They made the event much better because I could tell they cared about ensuring we had a great time. I highly recommend the Luxe Tribe.

Ebenezer and the Luxe Tribes team did an amazing job curating a beautiful Puerto Vallarta trip. From arrival to our activities in between and departure, we were well taken care of. Communication was constant in ensuring we knew what was happening and when. We had a phenomenal three-hour food tour with Enrique from Juan More Taco food tours. Thank you thank you for making my Mom feel pampered and special for her 60th birthday, definitely one for the books. Beyond grateful and will continue to use your team for future trips!!

Lux Tribes is top-tier. Prior to, during and after my solo trip to Cartagena, the company (Jessie) worked very well to make sure communication was key. Jessie worked with me to make sure every activity I wanted to do was manageable. My trip was scheduled during rainy season. I was adequately advised of this when I booked my trip. I appreciate this. Once I was on the trip, when rain caused a full day of my activities to be canceled, Jessie and the local team worked diligently to adjust my schedule. Everyone was so kind. I will use this company for many trips to come. I believe my first solo trip was a success because of this company's intentionality. They made my 40th solo vacation a highlight I will never forget! Thanks Lux Tribe

My original review, which is below did not mention any names because I dealt with a number of people at Luxe Tribes. However, that did not stop the representative Nancy Kahara from speaking poorly about me. She assumed she was replying to someone else, but she in fact was writing me. She quickly deleted her messages. However, I had already seen them. She called to offer an insincere apology. Had she called me first I would’ve been more than happy to explain my review. I’m very disappointed, and I most likely will not be using or recommending Luxe Tribes to anyone. This trip was such an amazing experience. From the time that I arrived into Egypt to my departure I had nothing to worry about. Unfortunately due to flight delays we missed our dinner cruise. They provided us lunch on one of the day at lunch was not provided in compensation for that. that was an awesome gesture, My issue with this experience was the communication and timely manner in which things were addressed. Email was the main point of contact which I don’t have an issue with. However, when it takes 2-3 days sometimes weeks to get a response when thousand of dollars are involved is an issue for me.

The Luxe team really made it easy for me to bring in my bday! This was my first time using Luxe Tribes for any trip, but it won’t be my last. Now like any travel agency there were a few bumps along the way. This was a private group trip for my family & I. We started the planning & pay process about a year before the actual trip it’s self. And with that a few people in the group had a hard time setting up their profile so that they could start paying on the trip. One person was even charged 2x for the deposit. But after reaching out to Nancy who help me with the planning process, everything was fixed quickly. Even with everything going on in Israel right now, they even gave us options for if we wanted to reschedule our trip(but we didn’t).Now the Trip!!!!!! Once we got on the grounds of Egypt, everything went smooth as butter!!! We had guides and assistance to help us every step of the way. The Luxe team even made a Whats App group chat for us so if we need more assistance they were there to help. Luxe booked all our in flight & travel accommodation well in/going from Cairo to Luxor to Hurghada, & back. This trip was everything I could ask for & more. Definitely a new core memory for adult life. 100% would recommend!

Working with Ioanna was very pleasant. She made sure that hotel accommodations were taken care of and transportation for events. She was always reachable and extremely helpful in preparation for the wedding. I highly recommend Luxe Tribe.

The curator was amazing in helping us to experience Dubai at an awesome level! Ioanna was amazing in being readily available to accommodate and/ or make changes if needed. The tour guides were great. They each were unique, friendly, knowledgeable, and aided in us in having the ultimate experience. The photographer was great and the photoshoot in the desert was an experience in itself. The Safari experience was one that will be memorable for a lifetime!!! We will definitely plan our next couple’s destination with Luxe Tribes. Thanks again to Luxe. This is my second Luxe experience.
