This is a great device and really has bumped up my skincare routine! I have been using for about 3 months now and my pores are almost flawless! I am hoping the longer I use it, the better my results keep getting.

My husband tells of the terrifying situation he went through online just to purchase the product. Them saying that your order is not completed because he has not watched a video. So after him watching the video supposedly the order was placed. Online on their website it clearly states that within 2 days you will be emailed with a tracking number. On day two I got an email stating that my order was being shipped and would be to me within a few days. I was appalled confused and shocked because the website states that in two days you would have a tracking number. So then on day two based on the fact that I do not have a tracking number this is false advertisement. So that I emailed the company and ask them for a tracking number. Two different times I got two separate emails from this company stating that my package was on the way with no tracking number. So then the company writes me a third email stating that they're out of the cream and that they were going to ship them together and if I wanted to wait for the cream or if they were going to ship out The kit?? Well wait a minute you just told me twice to two different emails that my item was on the way it would be to me in a few days now you're saying that you haven't shipped out the product because you're waiting for the crane with your out of stock?? This company has issues I don't like people wasting my time and my money I don't care what's going on I will never order this product again I do not like the false minded agenda of this company. I don't like to be lied to and I don't like confusion. Number one don't tell me my orders been shipped out and it'll be to me in a few days if you haven't shipped my order out. Don't have it on the website that you're going to provide a tracking number if you have not if you're not going to provide a tracking number and you haven't even shipped the item out. You put a sour and a bad taste in my mouth before I got the product therefore I will never order your product again you will never have a chance to play with my money or my time again. Number one my husband is the one who ordered it therefore for the order to be fully f****** processed you have to watch a f****** video for your order to go through that is stupid and is it inconvenience to people people work jobs !!! Most places you just place your order you don't have to watch a video or it doesn't stay online wait your order is not fully processed until you watch our video !!! you know and people don't have time to sit and watch videos while waiting.... For an order that I don't even know if it's even on its way because you have not kept your word as a company you state in two days that you would have a tracking number I still don't have a tracking number I've gotten all these ridiculous emails from you which makes no difference to me whatever is going on within your company is your company's personal issue I personally don't deal in confusion and neither should your company... I am a no nonsense person and this is nonsense and I will not tolerate it. Why would you stop a shipment that already went out??? It personally makes no sense to me especially when you already stated on your website that the shipment may come in two separate orders so what was the purpose of stopping the shipment??? Especially if it already went out??? And I still don't have a tracking number. You have done nothing but put a sour taste in my mouth regarding your product. I'm asking for a tracking number for the 5th time?? So how many times am I going to have to ask for a tracking number before I get one??? Doesn't your website clearly state that within two days you would have a tracking number??? Well in my case it's been 4 days and I don't have a tracking number and you guys keep sending me all these irrelevant emails but you won't send me a tracking number you know people work jobs and have things to do I don't just sit around at home all day waiting on packages therefore I need a tracking number if I don't get one when I get your product I will ship it right back to you.... I don't appreciate what I've been through with this company it is ridiculous you do not keep your word as a company. And I will not be responding to your company again I will be expecting a damn tracking number .

I totally understand your concerns, and I want to address them properly: First of all, I understand that the video was long according to your husband, and that's surely because he is not the one who will use the products and does not need all the important informations and details we share in the video :-) About your shipping, there was a bit of confusion: as you ordered both the device and the creams, our warehouse shipped only the device by mistake, so we promptly asked them to stop this shipment, so that you would receive both of your orders in once parcel. I am personally following up with the warehouse and I will be able to give you your tracking number by tomorrow. Hope this clarify the situations. Gifted blackhead device to my niece. She has had problem skin for quite a few years. She loves this! Clear skin with use a couple times a week. She did find that her skin was a bit dry, used a heavier moisturizer at night and is golden. Definitely recommend!!!! Additional plus is Luxury Confidence customer service has been A+!

This device is amazing, totally worth every penny. Does exactly what it’s supposed to deep cleanses the pores. Clears away blemishes, leaving skin feeling soft clean and glowing. Absolutely recommend this to anyone. Definitely a game changer!!!

$89 device that didn’t work for me at all. Cost $17 to ship back. The company is very responsive, but when I asked about the return process they wanted me answer 5 questions on how I used it. After the second time, I firmly told them to send the return information and I wasn’t interested in detailing my experience with the device. By the way, I tried first setting which I found uncomfortable. I couldn’t imagine going up to 2 or 3. After using the device and seeing nothing collected, I manually cleaned my face with fingers and found some pores that needed purging. My skin is very oily, but clear due to Proactiv skin treatment and mask. Maybe someone with extremely troubled skin would find this product useful, but it did absolutely nothing for me. If this was a free return, I wouldn’t have bothered with this negative review.
