They were very helpful in getting me the item I needed. They talked to the manufacturer directly multiple times on my behalf and took the time to do research to correct some misunderstandings I had about the product. Above and beyond

Excellent experience with MacHollywood. I would suggest paying extra for UPS shipping. They used FedEx who initially lost my package and missed the promised delivery date with no update or explanation. I would definitely order from here again, but would pay the extra shipping to avoid any hassles.

MacHollywood always works to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase! I have purchased twice from them now and they are the kind of small business that deserves repeat business!
