I had an issue - was resolved in one call. The lock I purchased is solid, and the customer support was terrific. Would recommend.

This rolling kiosk works very well for my application. The cart rolls smoothly, has excellent stability (a tip-over would be very bad for the laptop mounted on its shelf) and has a clean and compact appearance.

I bought a Maclock for my MacBook Pro about 10 years ago, so when I bought my new MacBook Pro, I knew I had to had to order one again. I travel doing genealogy and spend time in libraries and courthouses researching. It is a must to lock and secure your laptop. This is a GREAT product.
