After a delay in making contact, I found the product I wanted (a Dell monitor that a was hard to find elsewhere) and purchased it. The delivery went to the wrong address (an "8" was mistaken for a "3"). But it wasn't far from my home, so I drove to where it was shipped and retrieved it. I hooked it to my computer and it works beautifully.

The online store is a scam. Don’t purchase anything from this website. I ordered a iPad 2 months ago and the store charged my credit card the full amount. I have not received the iPad. Then they cancelled my order without notice. I am still waiting for the refund.

I was looking for an optical drive that Apple no longer sells and quickly and easily found it @the Macmall and at a great price. I've used Macmall many times when I needed something specific to my Macs and at a reasonable price. Love these guys!

I ordered the new 12.9 IPad Pro in November which at the time they said it was in stock and now it’s january and I have not received the product - I have called numerous times and they say they are getting a shipment in but still no iPad- yet I get emails from them for that same iPad on sale?? Bad customer service or false advertising!

I had to call to get item. After notification that item was shipped, the next day it showed on backorder. When calling to complain there were 155 units available and someone screwed up. I got the unit quickly but had to deal with the problems to get it

Item was delivered early. Exactly as described. Packaging was good. Would purchase through site again.
