Initially spoke with Sales department, was assured that if product did not work I would receive a full refund. Item ordered did not fit my iPad 2, refused to refund me full amount.

My order was placed on a Friday and was sent out the following Monday. Being that I paid for 2-day shipping, I was able to receive the order by the Wednesday after it shipped out. I have been enjoying my purchase every step of the way.
