I ordered a cup for my wife on the2nd of may for Mother's Day it didn't get here till the 20 of may after Mother's Day and on top of it I was very disappointed I would not buy anything from this company They are Not a good company to order anything from

Don’t waste your money on these cheaply made products! They advertise everything as 3d works of art and unless you want a 2d piece of plastic with the image printed on it, I wouldn’t recommend buying. This is nothing like it shows

The cup has a beautiful design and the word "MOM" has a nice texture. However, the main reason you get the cup is for the custom names and characters which you can barely even see. It's so small that when my wife opened it for mother's day, she couldn't even read her own name. So yeah, it's a cool cup but the main focal point is a disappointment.

complete garbage, the item looked nothing like the item pictures on the website, it was cheap plastic that had several broken corners, most likely due to fact that item was just put in a box that was too big for the free roam issues during mailing, way to overpriced for product/quality of product rcvd, will never order from this company again, other buyers should definitely look elsewhere for better quality/price/shipping/etc, avoid MACustom at all costs if able. Their website pictures can easily be stated as false advertising and potentially fraudulent in reality.

The cup itself is good quality although the print of the names is way to small, can hardly see them

The coffee mug I purchased was extremely misleading and deceptive. The listing shows a detailed, dimensional figure/model, but what I received was just a flat picture sealed on the mug.

I received mug finally a day before mother's day. I could not read the names on the mug and it was very hard to get it to change. Water had to be scalding to change it. I message company trying to get a remake and no one ever contacted me.
