coffee cups has just a print overlay or something. you could not read my name on the Godzilla mug and was not a real 3d. Old folks mug was to light and not like website picture, not even close for both of them.......

This thing is nothing like the picture. It looks like something my 4-year-old granddaughter drew on a board. Horrible.

Buyer beware. I never received my order after 60 days. All I got was excuses. I tracked my order all the way here to Georgia and then it went back to California. I don't know why that was because I live in Georgia. I had to fight for a full refund but finally got it. Do not oder from this company there are many complaints about them.

I am very happy with my mug. I was really happy that it arrived so quickly. It looks exactly like my jeep and it has my personalized text. I recommend their work. You will be pleased.

The product you see on their website is NOT what you will be getting!! Im very disappointed in the money I spent and what I received!!!!! I don't know how this company is still in business with the cheap "made from China" crap!!! They got my order wrong and it took weeks to get the right item only to be VERY disappointed in the product!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I was doubting my purchase in the 21 days it took to get to me from China. The tracking portal changed its format during the journey my package took which made me think I was being scammed. That’s when I read all the bad reviews. But then it arrived. OMG friggin amazing! Yes, it’s not the AI enhanced images in the ad. But it’s really really good. I kid you not. I’m very happy with it! 100%.

Not what I expected at all and nothing like the picture shows. Very disappointing. Very poor workmanship on it.

I placed my order 1 month before needed. Received a delivery email however product was not there. Emailed Macustom 3 times after weeks of waiting I finally got a response telling me it was reshipped. After another delivery email product has still not arrived. There is no way to contact the company now.
