not enough time to pick up items and…
not enough time to pick up items and the use of bad language with an old men such as f and sh words with an angry tone.

All pickup dates are advertised 10+ days ahead of time and all auctions clearly outline that "Buyer responsible for bringing all tools & labor required for removal. Buyer responsible for capping any Gas, Water or Electrical lines". On pickup day you were late, didn't bring a big enough trailer for the items you knew you'd purchased and didn't have the right tools.

I’m only answering this because a survey was sent to me. So, I thought some of the stuff I bought was great. However, some stuff was broken, pieced together, and not exactly in the description. The cutting boards were listed as “new”. They were not. The food warmer needs a new plug. So on and so forth.

Thank you for your feedback. We always try to fully describe and picture the equipment for auction and at times have to rely on Sellers information. This is why we encourage all Bidders to attend Preview Day to be sure they carefully inspect the equipment and do your due diligence before bidding.
