super patient and nice !!
There was a buunch of random issues (my fault, i put in the wrong address lol) and she was sooo understanding and patient and FINALLY i got my awesome jacket after we worked everything out!! Great quality clothes AND customer service.

Wrong product shipped
The website was easy to use and the item was delivered quickly. However, the wrong item was delivered from this company. I have sent two emails to get help , but so far, I’ve received no response. I would like to get what I ordered.

Hello Janis, I did get your email and replied to you immediately. I emailed you a return label for the item that was originally ordered and asked which color beanie did you want to order. I am sorry if you did not get my email. Please check your spam folder. You should find 2 separate emails from me, one letting you know the item that was clicked when ordered and the other should be the return label. Could not be happier
I could not say how happy I am with my purchase from this company. The quality of the clothing is amazing as well as shipping speed. I had a few questions about my purchase and they got answered in a professional timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company for future purchases.

The best store online!
I highly recommend MaddisonCo for a clothing store to shop online. They’re a very efficient company with shipments and have a variety of clothing choices. This company is fair with their prices and the owner is very helpful with any questions you may have. I will definitely be ordering through MaddisonCo again.
