My first rug I ordered is amazing! My 2nd one, is okay. The colors are not as vibrant and it’s a little different although only the wording was different on the rugs. I would order again, but not as happy with my 2nd one that I ordered and it’s in the lobby for all to see.

I asked for a quote, I know you reviewed it because you asked a question about it. I responded about when my bid was due & I still never received the quote. Absolutely horrible customer service!

So far so good! Sometimes requesting a custom order can be difficult. Expressing thoughts and ideas across a messaging system such as email or text doesn’t always get interpreted properly. Benjamin was very helpful and made sure he understood what I was asking for as we worked through getting my wants incorporated into the product. The order is in, the proofs look great, and I’m looking forward to seeing the final product when it is delivered! Thank you.

The young Lady helping me has truly been most helpful. Her suggestions and kindness are of the utmost professional. Truly i must say it is rare that i write anything or participate in any reviews. However, my needs out weighed my wants and I knew not where to begain. Her suggestions and designs were spot on. Thank you so kindly for helping this old man. Mr. Dunlap.
