Hello Mr Bill R, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you love our shirts, though we regret that the fit and texture of the trousers did not meet your personal preferences. We would like to gently clarify a few details for our community: all of our collections are designed according to standard international sizing specifications, and our orders are dispatched via express courier networks to ensure swift delivery worldwide. We completely understand that international return shipping from the United States to our central hub in Dubai can feel inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your cooperation in arranging the shipment. We can confirm that our customer care team has already received your DHL return tracking details for your order. Your return is currently being monitored by our team, and your exchange/store credit is being processed according to your preference. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to sending out your new selections shortly. Warmest regards, The House of Maen Donati Team

We truly appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back to the House of Maen Donati again soon. Warmest regards, The House of Maen Donati Team

Dear Mr Wilks, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. My name is Karen Cox, Head of Client Care at House of Maen Donati, and I would like to clarify the status of your refund. Our internal records confirm that your refund has already been fully processed on our end. Once a merchant releases a refund, processing times generally depend on standard banking procedures, which typically take between 2 to 5 business days to clear and reflect in your account depending on your card issuer or bank. To ensure there are no delays or discrepancies on the banking side, I would be glad to verify your specific account details and provide you with your official refund transaction receipt. Please reach out to me directly at [email protected] with your order number so I can share those details with you immediately.
