Dear Bob & Jo, Thanks so much for your reviews of our tailor-made Spain trip that our team planned with you and then supported. It was such a pleasure also to meet you both! Sharing lunch with you both, after the guided countryside trail walk between the ancient white-washed hill towns near Seville was a highlight of my week! Wishing you a lovely fall and winter and happy travels always! Of course we are delighted to help you again, if desired to discover northern Spain, Portugal, Morocco or Ireland. - saludos y gracias, Dan & the Magical private travel team

Dear Beth & Jo! Thanks so much for your kind review and sorry for the slow reply due to our busiest year ever. It was again a pleasure to serve you two and in fact knowing your taste from your previous trip made it easier to tailor-make this trip with Valencia & Northern Spain! We lookforward to crafting a private tour of Portugal, or Ireland or Morocco for you two anytime! -- Saludos & gracias Dan & the Magical private travel team.

Thanks so much for your review Eleanor about your private tours with Magical! We are delighted you enjoyed both. The UNESCO-listed old Toledo is a the former Roman outpost on the Tagus river and was medieval capital of Spain when Madrid was a village! Subsequently as Spain grew wealthy Madrid's world class art collection grew and makes El Prado a must see for culturally minded travelers. I'll be sure to share this with each of the two expert guides. We kissed many frogs in both Spain & Portugal to find the best of the best, guide that are not only very knowledgeable but also caring, empathetic and adaptable to different styles, from PhD to novice levels. Hope we can help you again to enjoy the best of Portugal, Northern Spain or Morocco, your way, without missing out on what's most interesting for you. Happy travels always & cheers!

Thank you very much Christine & Steve for traveling with us and for taking the time to do this detailed review. Frankly, getting all the private tour arrangements with highly ranked guides was challenging as Spain has been so heavily booked since the spring and there was not much lead time. But we have a great team & network here after 20 years. After "kissing many frogs" to find the top licensed guides, who are both experts and caring, being able to skip the lines and avoid wasting time is certainly an added benefit we are proud to provide. So we are delighted but not surprised it all came together to your satisfaction! Personally, I'm often behind 3 computer screens and a few phones and so not always able to meet our customers. As such, it was a real pleasure to meet up with you, Steve and your very nice friends for tapas. I am also delighted that the private hiking excursions from Granada that you requested went well. As for the daily 24-7 support, we feel this is very important therefore we limit ourselves to 5 trips on the ground at a time, so we can keep our support real & personalized. That's why we say, less is more! If we may ever be of service again for Northern Spain, the Spanish Mediterranean or Canary Islands or Portugal please let me know! Thanks again / obrigado / gracias + Happy travels always! Dan & the Magical Spain & Portugal team

Hi Donna & Mr. G, Wow, seeing your review was a wonderful way to start our day here, many thanks! We are so glad you enjoyed the trip, and that Mr G enjoys driving around this big country (for Europe). As to the hotel upgrade in Caceres, it is one of my Spanish wife's favorites also. Som I give her all the credit. She also suggested skipping Zaragoza but with the right guide it can really be charming. As to the private guided tours and gourmet tastings, I'll pass along your comments to the guides and head honchos. They will be pleased as well. If we may ever help you with anything else in Spain or Portugal, please let me know. Have a great week & happy Halloween! Saludos y Muchisimas Gracias! Dan

Hi Ron & Mary Ellen! Muchas Gracias / Muito Obrigado for your review and choosing us to plan & arrange & support your luxury tailor-made honeymoon 24-7. Celebrating one's special life milestones is vitally important we feel and a wedding should be on top of the list. We believe quality > quantity so we only run 5 trips at a time from Spain. As an American expat, with a great team here, we strive to understand our customer's dreams and make them happen seamlessly. Honestly, it is a challenge in Iberia, a gorgeous, safe, kind & savory part of Europe, but one that does not always run like clockwork :-) To be fair, let's give lots of credit for the planning ideas to my romantic Spanish wife and our expert team in Spain & Portugal who are very caring and love orchestrating luxury travel. Ron, from the moment we spoke via video call, I felt very confident that I understood your dreams, likes and dislikes and NFL ties. So with our expert team in Lisbon & Madrid, I knew we could "hand-craft" and deliver a truly personalized and unforgettable private cultural, active & foodie luxury adventure with select 5 star hotels and our signature 24-7 support. On behalf of our expert luxury travel & tour team in Portugal & Spain, it was a real pleasure to help you two lovely people celebrate your much-deserved honeymoon. We wish you all the best in your new life together and look forward to perhaps helping you enjoy another trip in the future with perhaps Northern Spain's Galicia, Asturia, Rioja, Bilbao & San Sebastian in the Spanish Basque country + perhaps the Mediterranean island of Mallorca & Menorca. Muchas gracias, Dan, Nuria, Rachel, & team - www.MagicalSpain.com

Thank you, Stefanie, for traveling with us again and for taking the time to do this articulate and detailed review. You know, I am unfortunately not always able to travel & meet our customers. As such, it was a real pleasure to escape the office, and meet up with you and your nice friends and our guide for the fun private hiking excursions overlooking the azure waters of the Algarve coast in southern Portugal. As for Monsaraz, we are delighted enjoyed the e-bike tour visit, it is a real hidden gem, so let's not tell everybody LOL :-). Actually Nuria & I have dozens more hidden gems in Iberia like that! As for the daily support, we feel this is very important therefore we limit ourselves to 5 trips on the ground at a time, so we can keep our support real & personalized. That's why we say, less is more! Finally, Nuria & I, both fondly remember meeting up with you years ago during your tour of the Andalucia region of Spain and we hope to see you again! Happy travels always! Obrigado / gracias / thanks! Dan

Hi Dennis & Andrea, On behalf of Rachel and our team in Spain, thank you both very much for your review and for choosing us to organize your private tailor-made tour package. Rachel told me a bit about the challenges and need to change from Madrid and Barcelona to only Barcelona on short notice. She is such a great travel pro and I knew she could resolve seamlessly. In fact, after 20 years in Spain & Portugal private luxury travel, we pride ourselves in PREVENTING problems to create seamless trips whenever possible. Thank you & we hope to serve you again anytime in Portugal or Spain or Morocco in 2024! Dan O'Beirne - managing partner Magical Spain & Portugal
