Signed up and deposited £10 promotion was matched deposit +50 free spins...did not receive promotion and when I went on live chat they said they couldn't find promotion so nothing they could do...I explained the reason most people deposit money on these sites is for the promotion they use these to draw people in...the fishin frenzy promotion was on Facebook I was then asked to provide proof via screenshot which is ridiculous i explained the advert took me straight to your site and it excepted promo code FISH ....this is fraudulent advertising steer well away from this company they didn't even try and resolve or offer another promotion shocking

This is my second bad review. I thought I'd give this site a chance to redeem itself after playing 2000 pound without a win. Yesterday. But turns out iv played another 1000 today. I had a feature on every game but not one of them was over 12 quid. Just a reminder of how they totally scan you out of all ur money with out any fair play. Please stay away

Hi Dean, Thank you for your review of Magical Vegas online. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with your recent experience. We license our games from 3rd party providers - we don't program the games ourselves. We have no way to control when a bonus activates, and it is all down to chance. Our games are fair and unbiased, and advanced Random Number Generators (RNG) are used to determine results, ensuring all games have a truly random outcome. In addition, our games are regularly tested and regulated by an independent authority, to always ensure fairness. If you do have any evidence to show any errors or malfunctions, please could you provide this for further investigation by emailing us, as we cannot discuss accounts without verifying customers. If you would like us to investigate anything for you, or if you would like to discuss this further, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] and include full details of your concerns. Regards, The Magical Vegas Team.

Magical vegas is a good casino to play if playing just for fun. They do pay out very quickly if you get a win. Unfortunately recently they have experienced some technical issues which they are looking to resolve and I'm positive they will do their very best.
