Product quality is top
The screen protector finally arrived, and it was worth every minute of the wait. Excellent quality, very easy to install, and it fits the phone screen perfectly. No issues with installing it with a case, either. I had some problems with customs in Brazil, but they gave all the support to solve the problem. I really recommend Magic John for everybody.

Give them a chance
Originally I wasn’t very happy because the package got sent back to magic john because I was told it couldn’t be delivered and I wasn’t issued a refund, however I let magic john know the situation and they got back to me immediately the next day, they looked over what happened offered me a refund or a fix and a resend. We worked out a resend and they have been very polite and helpful and very communicative, they’ve already got my resend in the works and they have communicated sending me the tracking number as soon at it’s shipped. Very pleased with them and their fixes to an issues, if something went wrong with your order talk to them first before making a review and see what you can work out with them. Definitely recommend magic john guys. I worked with Sammy from the Customer service Team such a great help, give this man a raise.

Issue resolved within 24 hours of email
Ordered 2 products (1)screen protector and (2) handheld fan. Both items of great quality. Very satisfied with costumer service. Querries were handled quickly and efficiently. I ordered the screen protector which I wanted the privacy screen however the clear screen was the one delivered. Send them an email, response came in less than 24 hours and they were happy to send a replacement free of charge, problem sorted straight away. Will definitely buy from them again . Efficient and reliable.

Great product AND Great Service
So, I made a mistake when ordering and I've never experienced such good customer service in my life. Like, I should pay for my mistake, and was willing to, but no, I still got what I wanted and I barely had to do a thing. My product I've been able to use so far has been great! I got the new magnet mount and it's been great! All around, I will buy again!
