Long story short
Long story short, after a delivery issue with my initial order, Aly took the reins of the situation and mailed out another one. I really appreciated the response time and solution that was presented. Thank you again Aly!

Customer Support Was Great
The multi-function charger that I had purchased started to not work with charging my iPhone. I sent customer service an email and they directed me to send a video. After that, they said since I was still within the 180-day warranty period, they would ship a replacement free of charge. Aly and Sunny from customer support were very professional, helpful, and provided timely responses during this process.

The first screen protector that was iPhone 16 pro
The first screen protector that was already preloaded in the applicator was slightly damaged but the other one was perfect and installation was a breeze - no bubbles, dust spots nothing - very pleased, I emailed Aly in customer services and they were fantastic new set sent immediately that I didn’t even ask for!! Very pleased!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!

Awesome service
Awesome service! I’ve order the screen protector and the camera protector. Now i did order the wrong size screen protector by mistake and they replaced it for free which is awesome! Second time buying from here and i can’t complain. Only little thing i have is that the thickness of the camera protector should be a bit thinner it messes with phone cases. Other than that I highly recommend them!

Amazing all around
Normally, ads throw me off, but for the meme I decided to try the product, and it is actually excellent, is used it for my iPhone 15 pro, after several Drops and such, not a single scratch is to be found on the screen. I therefore ordered a new screen protector and cover for my new iPhone 17 pro, and found out later that it was not the correct cover, they answered same day putting the order on hold until I found the product I wanted on the cover, they gave me information of what the covers would look like for my specific phone, and everything has gone as wished. Thanks to Sunny, who did an excellent job taking care of this rather small order.

Magic John has excellent after sales service.
I have found Magic John to be very helpful mt order arrived & the back cover would not fit so Magic John got straight onto it it turns out that without releasing it i had ordered the wrong one. Magic John are fantastic at communicating with me & they are sending me the right one free off charge, my screen protector got a visible & feel able scratch on it, once again Magic John are replacing it free off charge. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAGIC JOHN to everyone, thank you Magic John for your excellent communication & fantastic after sales service in my book 5 stars🌟 is not enough, thank you Magic John.
