Products are very good indeed. Well made, high performing and competitively priced. Customer service is excellent. App is disappointing though but I'm old enough to turn the lights on with my fingers and still be happy! Not everything needs to involve a phone! But they could make it better so it controls multiple devices at the same time.

I was so happy with the light I bought, I wanted to be able to mount it on two other bikes. It was difficult to know which exact part number to order. An email to the support team was answered quickly and I can now readily mount it and my computer on whichever bike I am riding at the time.

I had a plastic mounting part for my EVO1700 broken. I contacted Magicshine customer service and Hannah responded and took care of me right away! I received the replacement part in no time. Great customer service and I will buy their lights again and again.

My Magicshine SeeMee DV was swiveling around, and I could not remove it from the base. I asked customer service on ideas to remove it, with Hannah responding (I hope she is real, and not an AI bot). Eventually, from multiple communications, she decided to send me replacement brackets, even though the DV was out of warranty. Hannah also followed-up on whether I had received them. Overall, an excellent customer service experience! The product does have some design flaws, and I hope they improve them in the future with a newer model.

Very friendly and fast customer service! I lost part of my light mount after years of use so I reached out via email to see where I could buy just that piece. They were friendly and quick and sent me the replacement part free of charge.

Top-notch company and great customer support! I have 4 bikes and I use magic shine on all of them and I love this product, Very reliable light! After a little over a year, for some unknown reason one of my lights malfunctioned and noticed the casing is a little bloated, I got scared and threw away the light and bought a new one. Then I realized that it may be still covered under warranty so I emailed customer support and got Hannah to help me with the issue, she asked me for a picture but I told her the situation and I was not able to provide a picture because I threw it away and she understood. She told me that they will replace the light anyways. She kept in contact with me and even followed up until I received the replacement. I am so happy with the after purchase care I got. I am definitely a customer for life!! Thanks Magic Shine for standing behind your product and providing good people like Hannah to take care of us after the purchase.

This has been a great product (bike light). I've had it over 2 years now. I lost the mounting strap so contacted them to buy a new one. They sent it to me free of charge. Excellent company--will buy from again!

Hannah was very helpful and I was able to resolve my technical issue with her advice. I thought my light was broken and she showed me a simple trick to re-set it.
