When I ordered the dress it said it would be guaranteed that it would be here in 3-5 business days my dress still isn’t here and my event was today, very disappointing.

Hi Hannah! I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive your order as expected. While we do our best to have orders delivered within the 2-5 business days unfortunately some carriers do experience some unexpected delays during time of transit. Your order was shipped on 5/8 and scanned delivered yesterday being the 5th business day. However, we have taken the steps and emailed you directly to address your concern. We hope to hear from you soon! Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention.

Product quality exceeded my expectations. Shipped from the US which is always my preference. So many shops are not honest about where they ship from. Sizing was spot on also. The option to pay a smaller amount for returns is great! I didn’t need to return anything but I felt more confident in my purchase knowing a return would be simple if I needed to.
