Tried signing up. Went to all the hassle of getting out IT guys to install DNS & SFP records and composing an email in HTML. I didn't get a chance to upload a list as they banned my account. No explanation. I tried emailing but they just ignore it apart from one really vague email that said: "We have not been able to determine that your account fully complies with our policies and community standards." Too vague to know what it actually is. I didn't even send an email or even upload a list of recipients. Infuriating. No other way to get in touch. Wasted half a day. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Extremely painful experience. I am unable to verify my domain name, the process seems too hard. Your website is too hard to navigate as well.

This website's really painful to navigate and its services are the worst I've ever seen in my life. I'll just give an example but I've plenty like this one: I tried setting up an email address for my domain name like 10 times but it always failed without any further explanations even though I'm doing exactly what is asked. They've lost a great client today, bye bye mail sender! 🫡

I had an issue regarding verifying my domain. But the agent (Javier) who I was communicating with was extremely helpful in guiding me through the issue and as a developer, I am one step closer to production. Stella customer service

The system itself is not bad at all. The system interface is simple and is quite convenient to use. But ))))), those guys do not respect customers at all. They will close your account and restrict the account log in with no reason. Even if you ask them for additional information and feedback, they won't answer you! They are waiting for stupid clients with a small website and max 1000 recipients. They can not provide you with good deliverability, a lot of emails go to spam, unfortunately. BAD, BAD, BAD!

Powerfull and very well documented tools : i'm not a pro coder, just need a trusty email service for my business and found no problem configuring my domain dns to start and implementing their API and webhooks in my webapp. Really great and fast support.
