Will buy again from this company. Faucet is well made and priced right. Better quality than the big box co. In addition, faucet came with all necessary parts to install right away (no trips to the store to buy parts that are not normally included by the big box co. Having all the parts made the installation much easier.

I wanted a smaller shower enclosure. Lowe's has one here that is just a little bigger than the one I want. I found a smaller shower enclosure at Main Faucet and it was a little more money but I decided to go for it. It wasn't delivered for several weeks. When it came, we opened it and did not discover that it wasn't anything other than shower doors. We eventually had to order the back walls and the base and I have ended up spending two and a half times what I would have spent at Lowes. If you look at the picture of the shower that Main Faucet advertises, you will see think this is what you are getting but it surely isn't.

Mainfaucet.com offered the best price for the frameless showerdoor for my recent bathroom remodel (which saved me hundreds). The salesperson was very helpful in selecting the right showerdoor without trying to sell me the most expensive one. He also took my name down so that when I was ready to order I could get the same low price just in case the price went up. That wasn't necessary because the showerdoor stayed the same price until I ordered the door. The showerdoor was delivered fast and well packaged. The driver who delivered the extremely heavy showerdoor helped me get it into the house. Otherwise it probably would be still sitting outside. I would definitely recommend this company for its overall great service.

Great selection, good prices. We shopped the big box stores and searched on-line and Main Faucet had the best and unique products for the money. Very pleased with our purchase.

I ordered some sinks and when I received them they were all damaged. I contacted MainFaucet.com and they advised they would file a claim with UPS and have these damaged sinks picked up, and upon return, they would issue me a credit. It has been over 2 months and I still have these damaged sinks in my way. To say the least, I am not real happy with the service aI have received.
