I ordered glass doors from MainFaucets and received them in record time just as they promised. The funny thing is i ordered these doors from a local home improvement store and the price was $200 + more and I had to pay for them to ship to my home...Not the case with Main Faucets!! their bottom line price included shipping and handling and delivery was to my front door. I am so very pleased to have found them on the internet and will continue shopping with them for future purchases since the experience was so inviting. - Wendy in Baltimore.

I have a suspicion that the model number sticker was put on the wrong shower heads. The model number sticker was correct for the shower heads I wanted, but the box was a different brand, make. model than what I ordered. This must be an issue at the warehouse or supplier, but should be addressed so other customers don't run into the same problem. I now have to wait an additional month to receive the correct shower head.

I ordered a shower door. The webpage said it was in stock. I needed it to ship as soon as possible due to time restraints on my remodel. The door was not in stock as stated which was a little aggravating. However, the same day as the email, I received a actual phone call from Main Faucet explaining the situation and when the item would be shipped. I was impressed. Nice touch. This definitely scored some points. The door came as promised. The box was in terrible shape, had several large holes in it, partially open on one end, you could see the glass and other parts. I was sweating bullets but everything was ok, The parts were there. This needs to be addressed. The door was heavy duty and quite expensive. Standard packaging was not acceptable in my opinion. Price was best I found on the internet. Overall good experience. I would purchase from Main Faucet again.
