Bought a prebuilt ryzen 9850x 3d top of the line MG1 5090 system and it was delivered in two days. Immediate answers from customer service with any of my questions. Arrived with really incredible gpu support bracket installed i didn't immediately notice. That gpu is super stable. Not used to this level of outstanding customer support which has been amazing. Clean and beautiful build. I am really pleased. Thanks Maingear

They put together a laptop for me 14 years ago. It's still working in 2026! Lifetime support too. Great company!

Angel assisted me with replacing my cpu, he was awesome. Admittedly I was feeling freaked out but Angel helped me out and made sure everything was all good. He bared with me and resolved my requests promptly. Best customer service I could ask for.

Aaron is the best technical support I've ever had. He was so nice, thoughtful, helped answer every question I had - stayed on with me until all problems were solved. He was a 100/10 - this company is amazing if people like him work there.

Buying a custom PC can feel a little overwhelming, but their team made the process easy and gave me confidence that I was making the right choice. The system itself is excellent. The build quality is clean, the performance is exactly what I was hoping for, and everything arrived well-packed and ready to go. You can tell there is real attention to detail in how these PCs are assembled and tested. What stood out most was the customer experience. Any questions I had were answered clearly, and the team was helpful without making me feel rushed or brushed off. It felt like they actually cared about making sure I was happy with the system, not just completing a sale. Overall, I’m really happy

My experience with Maingear was excellent from the very beginning. Their website is excellent, answered the questions I had and I was able to configure the PC of my dreams. Lou Z in sales was very helpful as well, answering my questions and helping me through the ordering process. The build time was reasonable. The computer was built, tested and stressed for stability, which I appreciated. The machine was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. My computer is a custom APEX Rush, which has liquid cooling. I chose the clear acrylic tubing and red coolant. It looks amazing with the multitude of RGB LED lights all over the case and fans. It is an absolute beauty and I love it. The machine is fast, powerful and reliable. I feel relieved that the technical support is available to answer questions and troubleshoot in case there are any issues. So, overall, a great experience with MAINGEAR: the website, the staff, the product and the technical support. I would recommend Maingear to anyone looking for a quality computer, great service and a variety of price points.
