Probably won't buy another. Tolerances were very tight requiring a little duct modification. Finish is somewhat coarse and doesn't have the appearance I'd prefer. Screws are painted to match rather than powder coated so metal of screw heads shows.

I purchased 2 decorative duct vent covers. Not quite as nice as I had hoped but are okay. Getting the covers here took longer than expected.

Packed carefully and delivered. Slow to ship, as I guess the covers are painted To order. The template is as pictured; however, the covers are flimsier than anticipated. They bend and give a lot if you press on them. Would be nicer if they made the large size covers in steel, as there is such a large surface area, but this was not an option.

Very expensive and seemed to be unfinished. It should have be glass bead peened to remove the machine lines

Okay. It’s like PVC plastic. Not real crazy about it. Kinda cheap, yet very expensive.

Had to wait a long time (weeks) for the 2 vents ordered. no communication from supplier until I raised a ruckus. I like the vents though.

The Intake grill cover looks nice. The way they expect you to use the air filter is terrible. They send 4 small angle pieces, I guess you install to hold filter in place. This will not work, air will pass thru the sides of the filter. Also if you have a larger then 20 inch intake, the filter will probably be pulled into the HVAC. they need a full surround intake holder. I will keep this. I will take my original intake, and cut off the outside and use the complete frame to hold my filter.
