About marcsmobility.com

Thank you for choosing MarcsMobility.com - At Marc's Mobility, we work hard to provide superior customer service with the lowest possible pricing. We believe in bottom line pricing with no hidden charges or fees. We also provide Free Shipping because we want your online experience to be just like you walked into our store and purchased a power wheelchair or scooter. We test & warranty ALL of our products, so you are fully protected. Don't risk buying a used & abused power wheelchair or scooter that has been refurbished. Nearly all of our used power chairs & scooters are in like new condition, meaning they have very low hours of use. In most cases our price will be 60-70% of the retail price. See the FAQ's below for answers to commonly asked questions. If you don't find an answer here, please let us know!

Disappointed with service

I was told by your representatives that your company is family owned and will do everything possible to help customers have a great experience dealing with Marc’s. My experience with your team started out that way but lost its way shortly after the rep stated he would call me back shortly. Well the next day I waited until later in the afternoon and called back wanting to talk with that same rep so I would not have to go through the whole process of trying to explain what power wheel chair would work best for me. Well I guess he was busy with another customer so I had to go through the whole process again with a different rep. Well after going through the whole process again, that rep had an appointment he needed to attend to so as a paying customer I got shut down again. I guess I misunderstood! I thought I was a customer?. I expected one of these reps would get back to me by no later than tomorrow afternoon. Not! So I canceled an order for a smaller piece of equipment I ordered. The next day I purchased a new chair valued at $2,800.00 from a different vendor, having to go through the whole process again. Absolutely true story. Just thought you might want to know.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for the frustration this caused. That is not the level of service we strive to provide. We are a small, family-owned business, and while that allows us to offer personal, one-on-one service, there are occasional days when certain mobility specialists are off or assisting other customers. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it is to feel like you were starting over or not receiving a timely follow-up. We do want to clarify that our team did make multiple attempts to return your call, but unfortunately we were unable to connect with you. Regardless, we recognize that the experience did not feel smooth or consistent on your end, and for that we sincerely apologize. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our communication and follow-up processes so this does not happen again. We truly wish your experience had ended differently and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
