My health journey with Marek Health began in April, and I can confidently say the experience has exceeded my expectations. Peter Fischer, my personal health coach, and Maria Beach, FNP, have been outstanding throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they created an environment built on trust, understanding, and clear communication. I never felt rushed or talked at—every recommendation was explained thoroughly, and my questions and concerns were always taken seriously. What I appreciate most is how empowering this experience has been. Rather than feeling overwhelmed, I’ve felt informed, supported, and genuinely in control of my health decisions. Their guidance has been practical, thoughtful, and tailored to my goals, which has made adopting a healthier lifestyle feel both achievable and sustainable. If you’re considering working with Marek Health, I can’t recommend Peter and Maria highly enough. Their professionalism, empathy, and commitment to their clients truly stand out, and it’s clear they care deeply about long-term health outcomes—not just short-term fixes.

I really didn't know what to expect fully when I decided to reach out for guided optimization. All I knew is that I had the desire to optimize MY health. I selected my coach, Grace, based on her photo. She looked so kind, and that's an authenticity you can't fake. She has been so insightful, educational, encouraging and supportive. And my provider, Maria was extremely thorough in explaining what every marker meant, and how she determined the best course of action for my personalized plan. These women have made my experience far beyond what I could've imagined, in the best ways possible. So thankful I reached out and am telling everyone about them now! Best decision I've made for myself in a long time!!

The experience has been great, mostly because of Peter Fischer though. He’s very helpful and knowledgeable. When I first started with Marek I didn’t really have an idea of how to improve or where to even start but Peter was able to guide me without issue and the progress I’ve been able to make has been life changing so far.

Scott Constantino and Krystyna Kolodziej are two folks I have interacted personally with, while signed up with Marek. IMHO, they are both quality individuals; I relate to them, they are both knowledgeable and professional and quite helpful. I have connected with "good" folks and this means a lot to me. This is why I am committed to Marek Health. Good people are important. I am learning about and questioning a lot of my life habits, and realize I can do much better with their guidance.

I started with Marek Health in April 2025 and I wish that I had started sooner. My health coach Garrett Kiger has been incredibly instrumental to my improved health and wellness and I am extremely grateful to have him as my guide along this journey. Garrett and the Marek Health team take all of the guesswork out of what to do when it comes to improving your health. Yes, there are other companies you can go with that are cheaper but the quality and direction you get from Marek Health is second to none. I don't ever have to worry about the quality of the products or medications I receive and they are always sent in a very timely manner. Garrett is very responsive whenever I need to order more products and goes out of his way to respond to my questions about different supplements or protocols in a very detailed fashion. He is incredibly knowledgable and direct and will not waste time in getting to what really matters - delivering the best, most effective, and long term results for my own health and performance. Garrett has been the guide I needed in starting this journey for optimal physical health and performance, I cannot recommend Garrett enough! Again, if you are on the fence I highly suggest you go all in - I wish I had made the decision years ago!

I am extremely happy with the services provided by Marek Health. I really appreciate that I always have access to the latest treatments and research, and that every protocol is carefully tailored towards my specific needs and health markers. I have tried a few coaches at Marek, and Joshua Hidock is the best one I’ve had by a large margin. He is a super positive and encouraging coach who is always on point and incredibly responsive. Under his care, I have seen incredible results: over the past year, I’ve gained 5lbs+ of lean muscle, boosted my overall energy levels, and reduced my LDL and ApoB considerably. Highly recommended!
