We used MarketerHire to help on a 6-month project that was outside of the scope of our existing team. The growth marketer we found, Garrison, jumped in and immediately provided value. He had an all-around capability to manage the project and understood growth marketing like the back of his hand. It was an overall great experience.

Our "marketer" that was hired did not deliver...anything. Not results, not reports, not even an email response. Beyond disappointed. Not only did we waste money (less important), we wasted valuable time in the product lifecycle which resulted in huge setbacks for our future activities. MarketerHire provided a nominal resolution, but the fact remains that we basically wasted several months of potential work.

We have been working with MarketerHire for over 6 months and we have been very happy with the marketers they have provided to suplement our team! Top marks in professionalism, quality, responsiveness and value! I highly recommend working with this group if you are looking to add to your marketing team!

I engaged MarketerHire to analyze and make changes to an ad account spending $250K per year. Within 90 days, our CPL nearly doubled, our leads decreased by 20%, and ROAS dropped to an intolerable level. The consultant asked for a handful of things that were not implemented due to time and resource constraints, so there could have possibly been a light at the end of the funnel. The consultant provided lots of communication and was active in the account but the results, after 90 days, weren't anywhere near where we needed to be to continue shelling out $10K/month.

Hey there – thanks for leaving an honest review of your experience, and I am very sorry it didn’t work out. Our service has no long term contracts, so I’m glad you were able to end the arrangement on your terms, as needed. Sounds like there was a bit of a discrepency on which ad goals to target and a request for other items that couldn’t be implemented, as you mentioned, by resource and time constraints. Totally get it and, again, am very sorry this didn’t work out. We always offer clients the ability to match with a new freelancer or consultant to take over for the one you have. Often starting with an audit is the best route in this scenario so that everyone can see where areas of improvement are and understand from the get go what it will take to make them happen. Even if you don’t use MarketerHire again, that’s a good next step for an agency or other hire that you make when looking at this account.
