Harry is awesome! he is extremely patient and takes time to work through whatever technical issues we are having. i’ve dealt with other technical support people and instead of helping me, they just tell me they can’t figure it out and write a report that will get back to me in a couple business days, very eager to get off the call. Harry is the opposite- he stays on the line while contacting others to make sure the problem gets solved the same day, and does whatever he can to fix the problems occurring. my team and i are very grateful for his help, his patience, and his willingness to help our business be successful!

Harry was great
