Where has this been my whole life. It works great and I love that my produce is as fresh as the day I bought them. One of my favorite gadgets in my kitchen and I use it everyday. 💓 customer service is awesome. My order can quick. I will be ordering more for friends a gifts.

I made a mistake as I tried to delete the additions item on my order. I ended up with duplicate orders. Your representative was ‘spot on’ and deleted the duplicate after I sent an e-mail. Thank you for your prompt action.

Overall ordering experience was great, even delivered a day early. I couldn’t wait to use the mason genie and started on my baking cupboard. I used it for flour, sugar, brown sugar & icing sugar. Then to the fridge for shredded cheese, green onions, celery. Everything stays fresh, so far for 3 weeks. Love it!

A bit disappointed. About2.5 years ago, I bought a sealer from another brand. the battery finally dropped to 47%, so I ended up getting this one from this website. To honest, the two products are almost identical in design—both regular mouth to wide mouth. This brand was more expensive, so I figured to get more mileage out of it. Fast forward to last month. I'm getting ready for a dinner party, stocking up on food, feeling all productive. I whip out my fancy new sealer, ready to go HAM on some jars. I finish ten – ten jars – and then it just... dies. Flat out. No warning, no flicker, nothing. I gave it a good tap (because that always works, right?), called customer support – and got straight up ghosted. No resolution, no call back, nobody gave a damn. So there I am, scrambling like an idiot, cramming all the food into the fridge because my sealer decided to take an early retirement. I paid more for this thing and got exactly 12 uses out of it. 12 times. That's it. Honestly? So annoyed I could scream.
