I was skeptical after my child's pediatrician recommended my children take this, but decided to give it a whirl. My kids get sick ALL THE TIME from gym daycare, but I have noticed since starting them on this, a decrease in illness overall. I can't be sure that it is the probiotic, but I don't know what else it would be. I had wonderful customer service I was accidentally sent the wrong product, they told me to keep what I had been sent, and they would send me the correct one immediately, free of charge. I began taking Theralac a long time ago when I read that it helps in the absorption of supplements. I had been on prescription strength Vitamin D because of a deficiency for a number of rounds but was failing to increase my readings. With regular use of Theralac, my level began increasing, and kept up until it became sufficiient. At the same time, my energy and stamina began to increase. I feel so good now I wouldn't go without it.
