I have not received the licence that I bought. I've tried to contact them multiple times, but they are ignoring me. They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee, but this is a lie. Update: after chasing multiple times I received a refund 2 weeks after my purchase.

I was downloading items after checking out and they list disappeared. I try to go back and not it says it is empty. What the heck. All I can do is download the invoice but not download what I did not download yet.
