I accidentally ordered a second subscription and tried to reach out to correct right away. They are unresponsive to emails, customer service phone number VERY difficult to find (seems to be a well hidden secret) and the bot I used said it would have an agent communicate with me soon.....I'm still waiting. Never again. BUYER BEWARE indeed.

Poor return on my investment in time. Master CPE provides a great selection of courses. However, they consistenty give you fewer CPE hours than the course actually takes. This is a poor value for a busy executive trying to maintain my CPA liscense.

The website has some issues and had trouble and spend many time trying just to register nor send message to them on the website. The receipt does not agree to the standard my company reimbursement policy. Spend lots of time fixing these issues than I expected.

I was hoping to get technical CPE for a CISA certification - IT security, Cybersecurity, etc. All I found that was even somewhat technical was how to improve Excel skills which doesn't meet my needs.

Hi Liza, Sorry, most of our courses are focused on providing CPE for CPAs, with a greater emphasis on accounting, auditing, finance, management and taxation courses. We do have a few courses on Cybersecurity and a few other computer courses which are listed in the Computer Software section of our course catalog, but CISA courses are clearly not our specialty. I have not used Master Tax for the last 2 CPE cycles. My memory of the previous CPE cycles was very good to exceptional. The necessary goals were met and in fact exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately that is not my experience this time around. The 2 courses one of which I have completed and the remaining course I am currently struggling though is disappointing at best. In my opinion, the course material is not user friendly to a professional audience, due to overly complicated narratives: (1) The narratives are replete with unnecessary information & (2) data narratives better presented in a snap-shot table was presented in overly complicated narratives. Since I bought a 1 year window of unlimited courses, I will continue to add additional courses in the hope that the selected courses will not fall into (1) & (2) detailed above. Disappointed Returning Student

No CFP classes. Now have to join another CE provider.

I have tried to contact someone at the office and left messages. No one has called me back. Not a good experience. I called during regular business hours and don't understand why someone either didn't answer, or didn't return a voicemail.
