Very disappointed. The safe has rusted and the paint has started to come off. The manufacturer lists “Water Resistance Level” in the specifications but provides no actual level or rating. This is very unclear and, in my view, misleading. For the price, I expected much better quality. I will never buy from this company again unless it’s resolved

Horrible experience. Ordered a safe directly from them and it arrived VERY badly damaged. They claim it should still be good to use...should?? No thank you. I'm not taking chances. I asked to return it and be sent a replacement. I was offered the option to keep it for 20% off and forfeit the warranty. I obviously declined the offer and requested the return. They said no need to return just cut the wires and we'll refund you. Oh thanks, now I need to dispose of this safe on my own and the biggest kicker is that they said we suggest you don't re-order because it will arrive damaged again. It's better to buy directly from a store! THEN WHY ARE YOU SELLING THEM? On sept 2, I was told my refund was processed and it would take 14 days. Not sure why it takes such a ridiculous amount of time. I asked for a processing number 4 days ago and haven't received a reply back. I have a feeling I'm not going to be receiving my refund without disputing with my credit card.

So awkward to open, always painfully break finger nails trying to pull the latch down after entering the code. They didn't factor in women existing and needing to using them in the design eh!

À fuir !! Cette entreprise est une arnaque pure et simple ! N'achetez JAMAIS chez eux ! J'ai acheté un antivol menottes Master Lock soi-disant certifié et breveté, mais au bout d'un certain nombre d'utilisation, sans crier gare, l'une des deux menottes n'a plus pu se verrouiller ! Je l'avais commandé parce qu'il était garanti à vie, j'ai donc contacté le SAV par le site officiel EU. Mais bien évidemment je n'ai reçu aucune réponse, malgré de très nombreuses relances. Pareil avec leurs comptes Facebook. J'ai alors contacté le site des États-Unis, qui lui, m'a répondu ! Une seule fois, cela dit. Dès que j'ai mentionné être de France et ne pas avoir eu de réponse du site EU, plus de réponse de leur part, malgré des relances également ! Et la même chose avec leur compte Instagram. Ce sont tout simplement des arnaqueurs ! Une telle entreprise doit fermer, leur service client est inexistant ou mensonger, de même que tout ce qu'ils disent, et leurs produits sont de la sous-qualité ! C'est une honte que rien ne soit fait vis-à-vis d'eux côté juridique ! Ils ne devraient plus avoir le droit d'exercer, ce sont des escrocs !

I was given a supra keysafe and it was fitted by the council every now and then I would put the correct code in and it would refuse to open. These refusals to open became more regular and finally it consistantly refused to open when I did open it, I scrapped it. Here is the worst issue with the supra, the carers have a habit of leaving the safe open when they go in to give the wife her tablets. If a visiter removes the red paper they can see which digits (numbers ) are switched on, if they make a note of the switched on digits after the carers are gone they can key in the switched on digits in any order and the lock will open. These keysafes are commomly used by the council so this is a very serious issue. I purchased a masterlock 5441 EURD and because I live in a place where it does not get wet I guess I will not get any water ingress. So far the 5441 EURD has given me good service but the software which supports it is completelty useless. The 5441 EURD does not have the security issue that the supra has. I am unable to comment on the softwares ability to keep combinations secure or to store them as the software is useless and does not support this product. But the 5441 EURD continues to give good service.
