Years after our hot tub purchase, we discovered that the installers forgot the pneumatic lifts for the cover. No wonder that thing was so heavy! Master Spa Parts had the exact part in stock and delivered it quickly.

Got it on time as usual! Only time I've had any problem with a Master Spa product is when I opened a filter before I confirmed that I had order the correct thing. The last filter I have is waiting for confirmation as it has a different outside appearance from the usual Master Spa filters (color mainly).

I received the part in a couple of days. When it arrived, there were no instructions on how to install it. I was given the number to the manufacturer, who referred me back to Master Spa Parts. This was not helpful.
