I bought a mattress online, for delivery a full month after the original purchase date. It has now been another full month. They send me an email message every week, blaming the supplier for the delay and arbitrarily rescheduling delivery for the next week. I can't believe that a supplier would operate this way. So I assume the MattressFirm didn't have a firm delivery date in the first place, but sold me the mattress anyway. Shady.

I don’t know of any places to recommend other people to get a mattress but I do know that I will be telling them not to go to a mattress firm. The people are nice enough and the bed is comfortable but the stress really made the experience. Together, my partner and I called about 10 times. They had the wrong information for us after changing it 3 times. Our delivery was delayed twice, we got no notice the second time and we had to call them at 5pm to find out they didn’t even have the mattress in stock. We finally got the mattress but they had no idea we had a frame. We got upgraded to the Gold service for the delays, we were told that everything would be brought up, set up, and cleaned up. Nothing was set up and they left all the plastic as a parting gift. Now I have to hunt down my bill because they told me how “easy” it is to finance. To whoever buys a mattress here, I hope that you are smarter than I. Get a refund.

Ordered a tempur mattress topper a almost a month ago with the delivery date of 5-7 days. A week later it still wasn't shipped, after a few weeks of back and forth with them via email they stopped responding. I contacted them via chat, they said it is out of stock, so they can't deliver it. Meanwhile it is still showing in stock on their website with a delivery date of 5-7 days. Wasted me a month, scammers.

Bought a Purple 2 from Mattress Firm because the delivery date was August 12th and I needed a mattress while my partner recovers from surgery. Just received an email from Mattress Firm saying the order was rescheduled to August 22nd. So now we're stuck without a mattress, and there's no way to fix it before the surgery date. Now we have to stay at my partner's place, which means there's no possible way to accept the delivery being sent to my address, and even if there were the clock is ticking on the 120 night trial period from Purple. So thanks for lying about stock and shipping dates Mattress Firm, I'm sure I'll enjoy sleeping on the couch for two weeks, I'll be in-touch for my refund and order cancellation. Update: I also left a review on Mattress Firm's website, copied verbatim below. I just received an email saying that my review was inappropriate for their website and would not be published. I have received a refund for my order, but they do not do customer service over the phone, you need to be transferred by two bots on their website, and then a human tries to upsell you, and won't refund your money until you DEMAND a refund. VERY shady company, I will never do business with them again. Bait and switch on delivery times. Mattress Firm got this sale by saying the mattress would be delivered on August 12th. On August 11th I receive an email saying my shipment has been rescheduled to August 22nd. My partner is having surgery next week, and the whole reason we bought from Mattress Firm was because we were promised delivery before the operation. I definitely feel lied to.

delivery team refused to remove my old bed and refused to leave my new FULLY PAID for bed. I’m confined to a wheelchair and am unable to remove the old bed, Jamie Rudat is well aware and assured me that it would be done, after 4 hours of lies and refusing to deliver my bed they refuse to issue a refund on my card the delivery people were rude, unprofessional. refused to wear a mask or to allow me time to call their office AS SOON AS JAMIE REALIZED I WAS PAYING CASH RATHER THAN USING THE CREDIT I WAS APPROVED FOR THE QUALITY OF SERVICE PLUMMETED AND THE LIES BEGAN. i was assured by Lamont at 4:30 that a refund would be immediately made and an email would be sent within 15 min. , I have recordings of all calls and all parties where advised that they where being recorded,

Bought online on July 30th. Was told delivery date would be Aug 11. Got email yesterday apologizing and now delivery is supposedly going to be Aug 21. This is what’s wrong with corporate Ameritopia today! Your money is all that matters, and customer service IS DEAD. When your business is regulated and taxed into oblivion they’re forced to do more with less and less…you pay, but you don’t matter and you get your product whenever it’s convenient for us screw you J.Q. Bought the Purple Pillow, wanted to return it. I couldn't return in because I couldn't find any order information; I thought I was going crazy and looked like an idiot. 4 months later I finally get an email saying my package has been delivered, with my order number. -So they sent me the info late, meaning there was no possible way I could return it - I asked if I could return it now and all the customer service had to say was "There are no items being sent to you now." They either had not enough brain capacity to understand, or they were purposely acting dumb.

Bought a 100 dollar pillow online. One month in it deflatted and was mishapen. Contacted Mattress Firm they told me this wasn't there problem. I had to file for Warrenty in my own. Contacted distributer responses were putting me off then nothing. Contacted Mattress Firm they said once again sorry not our problem. IF you sell something on your site you should be responsible for quality or help customers deal with distributers. Will not be working with this company in the future.
