I placed an order and it was literally delivered the next day. I did not request overnight shipping. In fact, shipping was free. I ordered Initio Parfum Oud for Greatness, Initio Atomic Rose, and BDK Gris Charnel. Everything came beautifully packaged, nothing damaged and in fact received a free discovery gift of BDK faves in the travel atomizer sprays. Not to mention, I took advantage of the seasons sale prices. This company is legit and is backed by so many reputable influencers which is how I learned about the company. I will continue to make future purchases from them.

***Edit*** Updated Dec. 4, 2021 After placing a negative review on Trustpilot on Dec. 2, 2021, a rep from Maxaroma finally reached out to me almost immediately! (I guess that's how to get their attention.) Had I not placed the negative review below I would probably still be waiting. Note that this product - Juliette has a gun - NOT a Perfume SUPERDOSE 3.3 oz 100 ml bottle of Eau de Parfum is a TESTER and I don't believe it's authentic. It didn't come in the retail product's box. The bottle is poorly shrink-wrapped with a plastic label rather than painted on like the retail product. The fragrance is heavily diluted and fades rapidly after a few minutes. The regular retail Superdose fragrance will last on the body for many hours (up to 2 days). Also, beware that if you have an issue with an order or want to return a product don't be surprised if no one responds to you until you put a negative review on Trustpilot. Then a Maxaroma rep will reach out to you. That's what happened to me. In Maxaroma's favour, they did gift me the inferior quality product I was trying to return for a refund since it would have cost them more in shipping charges than the product was worth. They wanted to give me a store credit, but I insisted on a refund. They did process the refund to my credit card and asked me to consider revising my review here. So I have. I will never buy from them again! They sell crappy knock-off products and no customer service until you complain publicly. Shame on Maxaroma!! *** End of Edit*** Have been trying for days to get Maxaroma to respond to my timely request to return an unsatisfactory item. I submitted the online “return request” a week ago and still no response. So I’ve emailed customercare at maxaroma.com, phoned the cust srvc (no answer) and left a message, and tried to “chat” with an employee through their “Live Chat” feature on their website. It’s not live, just a automatic scripted response to their limited questions. Nobody is getting back to me! They give customers 30 days to return a product with the RMA but they won’t issue the RMA! At the rate they’re not going soon it’ll be past the 30 days! Not my fault! I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life!!
