I recently bought a bottle of MFK Baccarat Rouge from their site. The bottle arrived dirty on the outside but there was dirt/debris and lint inside the perfume juice. I set up a return which they approved but after receiving the return they did NOT issue a full refund. They charged $85 as a restocking and shipping fee...of a damaged item!!! I've never had this issue with them before so I reached out and customer service refused to help. Today I saw another customer had the exact same issue with a bottle they purchased. Beware, I no longer know if Maxaroma is sourcing legitimate products from MFK. Very sketchy.

Incredible service as always! I have ordered my fragrances from maxaroma and all I have to say is that theyvhave incredible service! The shipping is quick, at least to where I live, and the packaging is impecable! I love how secured my fragrances arrive and with a sample as well. The deals are unbeatable compared to other sites online. I totally recommend Maxaroma! Authentic products for sure

I've ordered a few batches of perfume, the packaging was incredibly nice and it was already pre-sprayed with the lovely scents. Even though the smell was not what I expected completely, it was a pleasant surprise when I put it on my skin nonetheless. Maxaroma truly rocks!

They take zero responsibility for their packages not being delivered. Customer service is beyond rude and will not respond after 1 message. They also have watered down cologne, I bought $100 Million elixir bottle that lost it smell after 10 minutes as well. I tried them out because I had a 40% off, Never again. There’s too much places to buy from to lose money with them, just a heads up for people that don’t like being ripped off.
