Order 11105 I ordered Spotify premium nearly a week ago. This has finally come through after 8 days. Shouldn’t grumble really for the price. Communication could be improved. However it’s all working fine so let’s not split hairs.

my account still works. i took one star away (vs the 5 star review I gave a year ago) because i always have to email them to remind them to reactivate my YT premium - once the new billing cycle kicks in for the family plan that they use. ive been using the same Youtube premium account for over a year. outside of me having to create tickets to remind them to turn it back on, everything else has been great. cheapest price youll pay for Youtube premium, vs what u pay directly to Youtube

All was well but not perfect due to some challenges in executing instructions for download of the product. The product was received timely as promised.

Good but also very slow service. 5 stars are given if orders are processed more quickly.

Received product in a timely fashion, I must have misread or misinterpreted what was on offer and thought I was buying OneDrive storage that I could maybe add to my existing account or certainly have private access to. Instead I have access to the storage I paid for but through another account. Hence the 4 out of 5 stars as maybe this could be clearer in the description. Product will still be useful and could not have asked for a better price.

All good so far
