Makes it unnecessarily difficult for a refill prescription.
I already had a prescription filled by you, and your questionnaire stated that I wouldn't need to upload a photo of my current prescription if I already had one filled by you, but I was required to upload the photo. Also, for repeat refills you shouldn't have to go through all the same questions if it is for the same medication.

Thank you for the feedback! All feedback is welcome and appreciated as it helps us to continually improve the experience for our users. Questions asked are to ensure nothing medically has changed since the patients last visit and the photo uploads are to ensure medication dosages were not changed in between visits. Safety is our number one priority.

Received a fast response. Efficient!
I went online to get a script refilled. I completed the intake form ( a little glitchy, took a couple of times to get it through). Once that was done I received a text not more than 15 minutes later with the script already called in! That literally made my day!! Thank you
