We intentionally designed the foil tab for easy removal the moment you twist off the cap - which sometimes gives you the impression they're not sealed properly. The foil tab on every MD GLAM Cleanser (and Scrub) is primarily meant to keep them from leaking. So you'll get every ounce of product you deserve. Rest assured that the Cleanser has never been tampered with or used. We just want to make things easier for you. :) However, this does not mean that we will not take action regarding your concern. MD Glam is the best skincare line out there. I have been using these products for a few years now and my skin has improved tremendously. The ordering process is also very simple and shipping is relatively fast, not to mention the cute packaging!
